Touring Aura Main Street apartments is easy and flexible. You can schedule a tour online through our website, give our leasing team a call, or stop by for a walk-in tour. We’re happy to show you around our modern apartment homes and community amenities.
Yes. Aura Main Street offers convenient virtual Zoom tours, allowing you to explore our apartments and amenities from anywhere.
Application and Leasing
Applications for Aura Main Street apartments are completed online. After submitting your application, our leasing team will contact you with next steps. Proof of income is required as part of the approval process.
Applicants must earn at least three times the monthly rent to qualify.
We offer lease terms ranging from 14 to 18 months. Restrictions may apply based on current leasing specials.
Subleasing is not permitted at Aura Main Street.
Yes, renters’ insurance is required. We offer a convenient partnership with Assurant for $14.50 per month, or you may provide your own policy through a third-party provider.
Our team will contact you well in advance of your lease expiration, typically around the 60-day notice period, with renewal offers so you can continue calling Aura Main Street home.
At this time, Aura Main Street does not offer affordable housing options.
Move-In and Move-Out Support
To reserve your apartment home, you’ll pay an application fee, administrative fee, and a holding deposit. The holding deposit is due at the time of application, applies toward your security deposit, and is refundable.
Yes. Our team will walk you through the community, including parking and access points, to make your move-in as smooth as possible.
Residents are welcome to personalize their space. We simply ask that the apartment be returned in its original condition at move-out. Contact our office with any specific questions.
Our lease includes early termination options. The sooner you notify the office, the easier the process will be. Written notice is required to begin early termination.
Our team will provide a detailed move-out checklist and complete a pre-inspection before you leave. A final move-out statement will be issued within 30 days.
Fees and Payments
Security deposit refunds are mailed within 30 days of move-out.
The standard security deposit is $500. $100 is due at application, with the remaining balance due at move-in.
Utilities are based on usage. Water, sewer, and trash are billed with rent. Electricity is paid directly to the provider of your choice.
We partner with Bilt Rewards, allowing residents to conveniently pay rent online.
In addition to rent, residents pay $65 per month for high-speed internet and a $15 monthly amenity fee.
Parking
Aura Main Street features a centrally located parking garage for resident convenience.
Reserved parking spaces near building entrances are available for $65 per month.
Currently, there are no restrictions, though guest registration may be required in the future.
Yes. Our parking garage includes four electric vehicle charging stations.
Maintenance and Requests
Maintenance requests can be submitted easily through the resident portal.
Most maintenance requests are handled within 24 to 48 hours.
You can call or email our leasing office and follow the provided prompts to report any concerns.
Pets
Yes, Aura Main Street is a pet-friendly apartment community.
There is a one-time $350 pet fee per pet and $25 monthly pet rent. All pets must be registered through PetScreening.

Residents enjoy private pet yards and a dedicated pet park.
Amenities and Facilities
Aura Main Street offers luxury amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, private spin bike rooms, firepit lounges, gas grills in both courtyards, a business lounge with private study rooms, a community room with pool table, outdoor courtyards with TVs and ping pong, and a rooftop sky lounge overlooking Old Town.
Yes. All apartments feature brand-new, full-size Whirlpool front-loading washers and dryers.
Bike storage is not currently available.
Yes. Every apartment includes 1-gig high-speed internet.
Internet service is provided through Frontier and WhiteSky.
Packages are delivered securely to our Parcel Pending package room.

Furnished apartments are not available, but we can connect you with third-party furnishing services.
Location and Community
Aura Main Street is conveniently located near I-35 and Business 121, offering easy access to commuting routes, shopping, dining, and employment centers.
Yes. Residents receive a monthly community event calendar and are encouraged to participate in all activities.
There are currently no designated quiet hours.
The community is located within Lewisville ISD.
Aura Main Street is a smoke-free apartment community.
